The course centre distinguishes itself through its familial atmosphere and its high-quality teaching. In addition, the building has excellent facilities which will allow you to follow language classes in optimal conditions. The classrooms are large, bright and have multimedia material to enrich the German lessons. Outside of the classes, you will be able to freely use the computer room (with free Internet access), the common areas - ideal for chatting and having coffee with the other participants -, the library corner as well as the forum room, where you will find all the information you need to discover Berlin. During the lunch break, you will also be able to buy sandwiches and other snacks there. During 2 weeks, the "Club 50" programme proposes to you to take 4 German lessons, from Monday to Friday, in a class of a maximum of 10 people. Designed for people of 50 years and over who wish to travel and meet new faces, this programme will allow you to improve your language skills, whilst discovering the culture and history of Berlin. The classes are targeted at oral expression and the topics covered are chosen by the teachers according to the interests of the group.

The ESL Prolog language school in Berlin advises you to stay with a host family during your language study stay. Effectively, this accommodation option is perfect for immersing yourself in the German culture and putting the language knowledge acquired during your language classes into practice. You will stay in a single room with half board, breakfast only or without meals, according to your choice. Carefully selected by our partner school, the families are situated only 15-30 minutes by public transport from the school.

In addition to the language courses, the ESL Prolog language school offers numerous activities each week, in the afternoons and evenings, in order that you may explore Berlin and its attractions. In addition, a full-day excursion in one of the surrounding towns/cities is foreseen on Saturdays. These different activities are especially designed for the participants in the Club 50 programme. In this way, you will be able to discover the capital of Germany and its surroundings in the company of other participants who, like you, are interested in the culture and history of the country they are visiting.
