The art of chocolate crafting has arrived in England!

Following the culinary revolution started by Jamie Oliver in England, the English have now taken up the art of chocolate crafting! And quite successfully as well – even though the Swiss and the Belgians, as industry specialists, might be a bit sceptical about it… that is, until they try it!

Do you want to discover the art of chocolate crafting in the British style? Then take advantage of your language study trip to England to enrol in the exclusive « English + Chocolate » course offered to the 50+ participants in our partner school Brighton Language College. During your stay in the trendy seaside resort of Brighton, you will have the unique opportunity to dive into the fascinating world of chocolate and have direct contact with industry professionals and local businesses, including the famous «Montezuma’s Chocolates» factory.

For a whole week, after your English classes, you will put on your hat and apron and head for the kitchen to take part in appetizing workshops dedicated to the art of chocolate crafting. In addition to developing your confectionary skills, you will improve your English ability in an enjoyable and original way!

Examples of activities offered:
- Chocolate craft workshop
- Chocolate testing session with Montezuma's Chocolates
- Chocolate decoration workshop with Cloud 9 Brighton

The second week of the course will be dedicated to the discovery of Brighton and its surroundings through exciting excursions in the company of the other participants in the Club 50+ programme.
