English language holidays in Malta
Malte, the dream life of the islands
Learning English under a level of chosen humidity. Anticipating or extending the summer, on an island which doesn't need to take a lesson in sunshine from anyone. Working on the pronunciation of the diphthongs without forgoing salads of tomatoes freshly picked that morning, fresh olives, seafood, what makes up the Mediterranean identity deep down. This is one of the promises of Malta, to always give more than what we expect of it.
The history goes back to the odysseys of a blind prose writer, Homer, who sang about these aching shores. But also, the accumulated memory of the people who have passed through here, who all dragged their boats onto this blessed archipelago. Nine islands which, in turn, received the visit of the Phoenicians with their lucrative markets, the enlightened Byzantines, and warriors from the whole of Europe. More than a trading post, it is now a holiday spot. Going to visit the medieval fort inevitably means passing by the Roman thermal baths and the contemporary buildings.
European at heart, maritime by culture, Malta is international by vocation.
