The Don Quijote language school is located in a typical Canarian building and benefits from an exceptional location within direct proximity of the magnificent beaches of Puerto de la Cruz, in the north of the island of Tenerife. The course centre has excellent facilities, creating a suitable environment for learning Spanish. The classrooms are bright and you will have free access to the multimedia room. A collection of books as well as musical instruments are available for your use after your language classes and if you wish to relax and chat with the other participants, settle down in the comfortable lounge or on the school's patio.

The "Golden Age" programme of our partner school, Don Quijote in Puerto de la Cruz is perfectly suited to people of 50 years or more who wish to practise Spanish in a relaxing environment and who wish to share their interest for the local culture with participants of the age group. During 2 weeks, the language classes are given from Monday to Friday, in the morning, and are followed by a culture class at the beginning of the afternoon. The classes welcome a maximum of 8 participants, of the same language level,. Whilst the morning classes are formed by students of all ages, the culture classes are reserved for people following the "Golden Age" programme. The interactive teaching methods as well as the friendly and relaxed atmosphere contribute to making your stay a time of pleasure and discoveries.

The Don Quijote language school proposes to you to stay with a Spanish family during your language study stay. This type of accommodation represents an idal way to improve your knowledge of Spanish, whilst getting to know the way of life of the natives. The hosts are all selected carefully selected by our partner school according to their interests and will be happy to help you to discover the island of Tenerife and its culture. You will stay in a single room and will be able to choose between half board, full board or breakfast only.
